No. It runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. The app contains no networking code at all. It works in airplane mode.
Why do some notes stay blank?
By design: blank beats wrong. When Notalune isn’t sure about a note, it shows nothing rather than guess, and any name can be corrected in two taps.
Is it a subscription?
